The department commits to
- Comply with, and keep improving on, health, safety, security and environmental laws, regulations, industry standards and other internal and external requirements
- Use our safety and environmental management systems for continual improvement, including ISM and ISPS objectives and regular audits and reviews
- Involve every level of management and staff in ISM and ISPS performance
- Build safety management skills and a safety culture among all personnel ashore and on board
- Identify the training needs of all personnel so our Safety and Environmental Policy works in practice
- Apply our enhanced environmental standards and prevent deviations from procedure
