Crewing
Crew management covers the recruitment and selection of officers and ratings for the vessels we manage.
Our crew database is made up mainly of seafarers from Ukraine and Russia.
Every candidate is interviewed before employment by company staff, including the DPA, the technical manager and the crewing manager, in Russian or English.
